Stockholm, Sweden,  December 18, 2009: Atlas Copco has agreed to acquire Quincy Compressor from EnPro Industries, Inc. for approximately USD 190M. The acquisition supports Atlas Copco’s profitable growth in North America and China, adding a strong brand and an extensive distributor network. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals.

瑞典，斯德哥尔摩，2009年12月18日：阿特拉斯科普柯集团从英普罗集团收购昆西压缩机公司资产，收购额为USD190M。此次收购将有助于阿特拉斯科普柯集团在北美地区和中国的业务发展，为集团增加一个强大的品牌及代理商销售网络。此收购已报批当地政府。

EnPro Industries Agrees to Sell Quincy Compressor
to the Atlas Copco Group

EnPro Industries (NYSE: NPO) announced today that it has entered into an agreement to sell Quincy Compressor to the Atlas Copco Group . The company expects the transaction to close in the first quarter of 2010, pending regulatory approval.

英普罗工业集团（NYSE: NPO）今天宣布与阿特拉斯科普柯集团达成出售昆西压缩机公司的协议。公司预期收购业务转移将在2010年的第一季度完成并获当地政府批准。
